Roubo Frame Saws

I am now offering Roubo frame saw plates up to 4 feet long with hardware.

.042 blue tempered spring steel

3 teeth per inch. (Currently the only TPI option)

5 degrees rake. (I can change rake upon request)

So far the 4 inch wide by 4 foot long plate is the most requested and sell as follows,

$85 plus shipping – Toothed ONLY.

$155 plus shipping – Ready to go, deblued, waxed, jointed, set, and sharpened.

Plates WITH kits,

$240 plus shipping – A fully ready to go plate with all the hardware minus the wood needed to build a frame saw.

NOTE, after toothing and sharpening plate width is within 3.5 – 4 inches.

Hardware

Hardware only, $85 plus shipping. No wood, no plate. Making your own plate can be challenging but I have had a few people ask about buying hardware separately. I cannot guarantee it will work with other plates without some minor modifications to the new plate or hardware.
